Clam Tales

What was it like to mobilize thousands of people to occupy the Seabrook, New Hampshire nuclear construction site in the 1970s and 80s? In Clam Tales, veterans of the Clamshell Alliance share memories of this historic non-violent direct-action campaign that inspired a national anti-nuke movement and helped redefine America’s energy priorities. These oral history interviews were conducted from 2004-2009 at the World Fellowship Center by Steve Thornton, and edited for Clam Tales by Eric Wolfe.
